Board of intermediate & Secondary Education DI Khan was established in 2006 while its main campus is on River Road, Dera Ismail Khan. BISE DI Khan has the authority to conduct matric and intermediate class exams in the areas of DI Khan District and its FATA regions, Tank District and its FATA Region and South Waziristan Agency. All the public and private schools and colleges in these institutes are affiliated with DI Khan Board. Every year, thousands of regular and private students participate in the SSC and HSSC exams conducted by BISE DI Khan. DI Khan Board organizes the 9th and 10th class annual exams in March and April and 11th and 12th class annual exams in May and June every year.

All the schools and colleges affiliated with BISE DI Khan starts the admissions of matric and intermediate classes couple of months before the start of the new classes. SSC part 1 & 2 new academic year starts in April while the new academic year of HSSC part 1 & 2 begins from September. Within the due time, the admissions are completed by the board.

Model papers and past papers are very important for the students of DI Khan Board. The students can know about their new paper pattern and examination syllabus by using the model papers which contain these changes which are adopted by the board. Model papers can be obtained from the official site of the board. Past papers are helpful for students to inform them about the important questions of the exams. Past papers can be taken from the market.

Date sheet is very important for the students as it gives information about the examination schedule. Date sheets are issue by the board two months before the start of the exams and they are uploaded at the official site of the board. Along with that, roll number slips are posted by the board to the addresses of the students one month before the start of the exams. These roll number slips contain the roll numbers of the candidates along with examination venue, time table and other important instructions.

BISE DI Khan organizes the SSC part 1 & 2 annual exams in March and April while HSSC part 1 & 2 annual exams are held in May and June. After two or three months of these exams, the results are declared by the board. These results are uploaded by the board at its official site on the day of result announcement. Board also posts the result cards to the students soon after the result declaration which reaches the students just after few days of the results.

BISE DI Khan manages DI Khan Board primary & middle classes annual exams 2024 in the government schools. DI Khan Board receives admission forms from students and it provides roll no slips and date sheet to students before starting of BISE DI Khan class V & VIII annual exams 2024 and it announces DI Khan board 5th & 8th result 2024 in time.
